CHICKEN AND CORN SOUP POSTER 1

Chicken and corn soup is the classic Cantonese style cream soup. My mother used to cook this often, constitute the creamy soup directly from a can of cream corn. She only took twenty minutes to prepare it, much quicker than most of the western style creamy soup. Perhaps simplicity is the reason why my mom made it so often, which has been the traditional soup for most of the Cantonese family.
